Hydraulic double t beam mould/ half slab mold 

Precast concrete beam and column formwork which designed by our Italy technical team is a size self-adjusting steel mold. It is self-sealing and self-vibration (by drop-in type or automatic type). It can produce t beam, double t beam, L beam, I beam, Y beam and other kinds of precast element.
Solution can be made upon customer request and meet your requirement well.
1. Advantages: Large span, 8-9 meters or even more than 30 meters can be achieved.
Advantages: light weight, good fire resistance, strong durability, low cost and short construction period.
2. Process flow:
Mold cleaning, paint release agent, steel strand installation layout, (install end mold, install mold, steel strand tension), install mesh,
Cloth, maintenance, demoulding, release, finished products are transferred to the storage yard for maintenance.
3. Process points:
The mold has less seams so that the force is reasonable.
The arrangement of steel strands must not cross.
The ribs are poured first and then the panels are poured.
Vibrate to avoid the steel strand.
The curing steam temperature should not exceed 70°C.
Put the sheet from the two sections to the middle.
Lift two cranes at the same time.
The stacking is also in accordance with Duanmu's standard.
