Cement Board Production Line /cellular lightweight concrete wall panel machine for Prefab Houses

1.This production system is for the production of different types wall panels, such as foam concrete wall panel(CLC wall panel), GRC wall panel,gypsum hollow core wall panel, EPS sanwich wall panels.The produced components can grant good anti-seismic characteristics. They are insulated against sound and resistant to fire according to most stringent international regulations, light weight with highest strength.

2.The production equipment has been designed with latest available technology to grant good performance. High automation, Simple to operate, reduce labor intensity and giving highest production at the same time . The entire production line is managed by a hydraulic power control system and electrical control system which allow for a high degree of automation.  

3.The whole process (Mixing, material feeding, product molding, tube  movements, mold opening and closing functions) is fully automated. The molding structure thanks to its stiffness grants production of high  precision, extreme product flatness and accurate thickness. 

4.The system also allows for a steam curing device which allows demolding  in shortest time reducing therefore the production cycle and increase total  capacity of system.

5.The system is extremely versatile and able to produce a wide variety of  products completely fulfilling customer requirements.

Celluar lightweight concrete slabs are produced from foam concrete, with additives and synthetic fibers, steel grid reinforcement as an option to achieve higher mechanical properties and safety. 
These wall panels have excellent physical properties: high heat and sound insulation, waterproof, fireproof and lightweight, with high strength.

CLC Panels now is a great choice for building walls, ceilings, and floors of buildings, offices, houses ..., reducing the time of construction, save costs and friendly to the environment.
>The speed of construction and labor-saving:3 workers can build a wall of 15m2 in 1 hour.

> Saving of mortar:the mortar needed for works is just 20-25% compared to using traditional brick and 40-50% compared to using AAC of CLC blocks.

> Ease of installation:electric and communication cables, pipelines can be installed much easier, cheaper and faster.

> Lower construction costs:the final cost to build 1m2 of a wall by CLC concrete panels is 40-50% lower compared to clay bricks wall or 70-75% lower compared to AAC/CLC blocks wall.  If you are in Shanghai, take fast train from Hongqiao to Dezhou East, it takes 3-4h.
 If you are in Beijing, take fast train from Beijing South to Dezhou East, it takes 1.5h.
We will pick you up at the destination station.
