Technical Features:
1.This Universal mold allow the efficient production of a wide variety of prestressed elements in a single mold. The ability to make beams, columns, girders and other similar products in a single mold is a unique advantage that allows unmatched flexibility to the producer in a high-quality steel mold. This is a proven technology that only requires the changing of simple inner mold parts to satisfy production demands. Solutions are customized according to the producer's range of requirements at the time of installation but are easily modified to meet future demands.

2.The mold supports the tensile force through its own structural strength, which reduces the investment cost of the pre-stressing abutment.

3. The rib height, width and length of double T plate can be adjusted. The same set of mold can produce different span, different size of double T plate products to achieve a multi-purpose mold. Segmental design, according to the customer's site conditions, can be freely combined into any length of the mold for production.

The precast concrete double Tee (TT) slabs can be used for roof elements or slabs for industrial and commercial buildings and parking lots.

They have the advantages of  light weight, good fire resistance, strong durability, low cost and short construction period. Also, it has a  large span, 8-9 meters or even more than 30 meters can be achieved.

Our factory located at Dezhou city, Shandong province, China.

3.How do we come to your factory?
 If you are in Shanghai, take fast train from Hongqiao to Dezhou East, it takes 3-4h.
 If you are in Beijing, take fast train from Beijing South to Dezhou East, it takes 1.5h.
We will pick you up at the destination station.

4.What is your payment term ?
You can transfer the payment via T/T. We will provide you the bank detail.
Generally, 30% prepaid and the rest 70% should be paid before shipping.
