Main advantages of slipproduction line
1. Our company multi-functional pre-stressed components production line has a small investment,
which is only about one third of the SP board equipment in the United States. We can customize the production line according to the needs of customers and effectively control the investment cost.
2. The equipment has the advantages of flexible movement, convenient operation and high production efficiency. The daily per capital concrete output of laminated slabs produced by this production line is about 17% higher than that of PC pipeline.
3. The prestressed components forming equipments use semi-dry concrete with cement dosage of 350 kg/m³, and the cost of concrete prefabricated components is low.
4. It can reduce the steel content of components.
5. By replacing moulds, it can produce different prefabricated components. This technology makes the
production of each prefabricated component be simple and effective, and minimize the equipment investment, and different prefabricated components can be produced on the same platform, such as hollow slab, solid slab, wallboard, T-beam, double T-plate and so on.
