Product Description

Hollow core slab machine is suitable for the large span precast concrete hollow core slab produced by the long line bench slow release process of pretension method. The machine works on the concrete pedestal.It is  powered by an electric motor,pushes the loose materials in the hopper into the mold cavity continuously by making use of the reciprocating linear movement of the slider.Then the material pushes against each other, and eliminates the air. The concrete is highly plasticized due to the continuous work of the vibration plate.At the same time,the whole machine makes use of the reaction force produced by pushing the raw material with the slider to overcome the frictional resistance and slide forward  along the precast steel bar. It forms a strip slab behind the machine. The length can be cut between 4.2m and 18m,and the finished products has features of good compactness, smooth slab surface, flat slab bottom and small geometric size error.
