01)Slipformer hollow core slab machine is deal for the production of many different kinds of pre-stressed products, from hollow-core slabs and solid floor planks to ribbed slabs, beams and even vineyard posts.

02)The slip former is drived by inverter motor, ensures good traction and speed control continuous and accurate. The interchangeable mould allows the machine to produce a big variety of concrete elements,with different shapes and sizes. A big capacity hopper of 2m3 ensures the continuous concrete feeding in all work conditions.

03)It can produce below precast elements:
*a)Hollow core slab:Thickness:80-500mm Width:600mm,1200mm,1500mm,2400mm Fire resistance:up to 180 minutes
*b)Solid Slab:Thickness: 40-160mm Width: 600mm-1500mm;
*c)Wall panels:Partition walls Exterior walls(simple or sandwich panels)with or without coating for outside facades(ex.coloured aggregates) The thickness of the concrete and insulation layers can be varied as required in sandwich wall panels,in order to meet all the requirements about thermal and acoustic insulation
