Product Description:
1.Vertical concrete pipe gallery mould is suitable for the production of medium and large size signle and multi box culvert element. Because of the heavy weight of the element and high lifting requirement, it is mainly suitable for outdoor field production.
2.The mould structure is reasonable. Siding mould adopts track sliding method to open and close the mould, inner core mould use internal shrinkage design, the performance is stable, and precast element molding effect is good.
3.Between mould components equipped with special designed sealing strips to ensure a good sealing performance. No concrete leakage during production, the finished precast box culverts are with fine appearance.
4.Vibration method can be manual or use external attached vibrators.
5.We can design and manufacture both single and double box culverts as per client requirement. The mould is designed by our Italy engineering expert with nearly forty years experience in this industry, the production solution is mature and reliable.
