1.Molding machine system

The vertical mold forming machine is composed of forming inner separator, outer separator, upper and lower mold, end plate, core tube, hydraulic oil cylinder, frame and so on.The mold is formed by pouring 11-20 pieces at a time.The upper and lower molds are made of aluminum alloy, with good plasticity and light weight. The wall panel forming system is convenient and fast to open and close the mold, and the panel size is accurate.The whole production line is compact in structure , the production line runs smoothly; With advanced technology in the international and domestic , the production speed and product density can be adjusted and controlled; it is high space utilization that reduces the floor area; No waste water, dust prevention, waste residue absorption; Less electricity consumption, easy replacement of
wearing parts, low cost.

 
2.steam curing system
Two steaming methods are available:
1.Curing kiln steam heater under the steaming mode
       Between the track in the curing kiln, the ground installed radiator, using air energy or gas boiler low temperature heating way,
without environmental certification,environmental protection and energy saving.it can be demould after 12 hours , control time by electric automatically.
2.on both sides of curing kiln set electric heater.
       The electric heater is installed below the two sides of the curing kiln body, and the electric heating and baking heating method
is adopted, the electric automatically control time.
3.Automatic batching and mixing system
JS3000 double-horizontal shaft mixing plant is used.with accurate automatic batching system, the materials is weighed by using
electronic weighing which is high accuracy and good stability;The mixer adopts forced mixing to mix evenly and high efficiency ,
with conveyor, feeding machine to realize electrical automatic control.

 
4.Foaming system  & Feeding system
The foaming system adopts frequency conversion foaming technology to improve foaming speed, save raw materials and reduce production costs.
The gantry frame is adopted to realize the
horizontal movement of the feeding bucket, fixed point stirring, fixed point feeding, pneumatic feeding.
5.Ferry car system (in and out of kiln)
The device is composed of a kiln entering ferry car, a kiln entering and exiting mechanism and a kiln leaving ferry car. The kiln entering ferry car moves the mold car to the kiln entering mechanism through the oil cylinder of its own hydraulic system. The mechanism pushes the mold car into the
maintenance kiln through the oil cylinder, and at the same time, all the molds in the kiln move forward by one station, and the
mold car moves to the kiln exit ferry car at the farthest point (kiln exit ferry car, station, etc.).The device adopts oil cylinder to push, linkage movement, save time, improve efficiency, and reduce consumption.
 
6.Demoulding and flipping system
The demoulding and flipping device is composed of demoulding traction device, flip plate separation device, secondary flipping
plate moving device, hydraulic system, pushing device and so on.
 
8.Traction system.
The station car uses cycloidal pin wheel reducer to rotate forward and backward. through the double row chain, two single chain
pulley to drive the pulley and wire rope moving to move back and forth. The middle position of the wire rope is connected with the
station car to drive the car to move back and forth. A one-way driving and moving device for the mould car is arranged on the
station car.

200mm double layer wall panel
These lightweight wall panels and slabs can be used instead of blocks, for they have easier construction, lighter weight than blocks, better noise insulation, better heat preservation, stronger fire proof and water proof characteristics.

90mm wall panel
Light wall panels are widely used in building interior walls, exterior walls, partition walls, fences and so on.
