4 mtr x 9 mtr Steel Precast Table Mould  for Cement Precast Component

1)Haitian tilting table is possible to produce almost any reinforced concrete products (non-stressed, flat) such as external and internal wall panels, beams, columns, piles, truss slabs and any other flat non-standard products for the buildings construction.

2)Tilting tables can be used both in large-scale production plants as well as in small enterprises.

3)Hydraulic tilting, tilting angle 80°. Easy to remove panel in verticle way.
4)Table size customized, like 4x9m, 4x10m, 4x12m etc.
5)Each set table is an independent equipment. When one mold break,it will not influence the whole production line.You can also connect several sets of formwork togather to produce bigger element.
PS: The precast concrete moulds stationary table for slabs and balconies can be designed with Hydraulic/Manual tilting up function as per client requirement.

Precast concrete is a construction product produced by casting concrete in a reusable mold or "form" which is then cured in a controlled environment, transported to the construction site and lifted into place. In contrast, standard concrete is poured into site-specific forms and cured on site.

By producing precast concrete in a precast plant, the precast concrete is afforded the opportunity to properly cure and be closely monitored by plant employees.

Utilizing a Precast Concrete system offers many potential advantages over site casting of concrete.The production process for Precast Concrete is performed on ground level,
which helps with safety throughout a project. There is a greater control of the quality of materials and workmanship in a precast plant rather than on a construction site. Financially, the forms used in a precast plant may be reused hundreds to thousands of times before they have to be replaced, which allows cost of formwork per unit to be lower than for site-cast production.
