Precast Concrete Wind Power Tower Mold
As the scale of the single windmill is getting larger and larger, the tower has changed from wood to steel structure tower, then to welded tower, and then to conical steel tower. The diameter of the tower has also changed from more than 1m in the past to today's tower base. The maximum diameter of the tower is more than 5m, and the manufacturing, transportation and construction of the tower are becoming more and more difficult.
The precast concrete tower is a good solution to this problem, with stable structure, low production cost, fast construction, and convenient transportation.
Haitian's wind power tower mold consists of an inner mold and an outer mold, which can be customized according to different sizes of the tower. After the inner mold is locked, a steel cage is placed, and then the outer mold is installed and locked, and concrete is poured and cured. After the components are hardened, first open the outer mold, shrink the inner mold, lift out the tower frame components, and transport them to the site for installation after further maintenance.
