2.The pipe gallery mould structure is reasonable. Siding mould adopts track sliding method to open and close the mould, inner core mould use internal shrinkage design, the performance is stable, and precast element molding effect is good.
3.Between pipe gallery mould components equipped with special designed sealing strips to ensure a good sealing performance. No concrete leakage during production, the finished precast box culverts are with fine appearance.
4.Vibration method can be manual or use external attached vibrators.
