Product Description:
The production line is highly automated. Under the simultaneous action of extrusion and vibration, the material is continuously and automatically extruded into the wall panel. The forming station adopts extruding spiral frequency conversion speed regulation, and the compactness degree of wallboard forming is adjusted by intelligent control end, realizing the automatic continuous production of wall board. This ensures high production efficiency, high quality consistency and high quality of wallboard.
The production line is compact in structure, the main machine is fixed during production, and the production area only needs 40*20*4.5m space.
Because of using harsh dry concrete mixture with low water-cement ratio, the finished hollow core wall panels are with high strength and compactness. They are widely used in frame or steel structures.
