cellular concrete panels are produced from foam concrete, with additives and synthetic fibers. These wall panels have excellent physical properties: high heat and sound insulation, waterproof, fireproof and lightweight, with high strength. The panels can be produced with steel grid reinforcement as an option to achieve higher mechanical properties and safety.

CLC wall panels are mainly used to build walls which are not load bearing. The lightweight concrete panels of 100mm thick are mainly for inner partition walls, while the lightweight concrete panels of 150/200mm thick are for outer surrounding walls.Higher density panel can be considered for load bearing at 1-2 floors houses.

CLC wall panels are recommended for hospitals, schools, warehouses, industrial and commercial buildings, and especially recommended being used for apartments in high-rise buildings, affordable housing projects.

Main equipment of the production line:
                                                                                                                                       

1)Mixing system:This system is mainly comoposed of mixing platform and the mixer. One of the feature is weighing system uses the gravity center of the pressure sensor structure measuring scale design, measuring scale adopts anti vibration and abrasion-proof , the accuracy of measurement is always guaranteed in construction process.
Besides, we adopt double-shaft mixer, which has compact structure, beautiful appearance, stable running, convenient operation, high production efficiency, fully stirring and no blocking,fully sealed design. 



2)MOVABLE/FIXED FEEDING MACHINE: It can help convey concrete mixing material into the mold car. It is made up by pump and technical industrial hose, pump convey method avoid the air holes. The feeding machine can be moveable or fixed, matched well with mold car, easily operate. 


3) Mould car: This is the part to form eps cement sandwich wall panel.It can cast 10pcs to 20pcs panels per time according to different panel thickness. The mold car qty depends on panel production capacity. It can be moveable or fixed.


4)Automatic de-molding&tilting system:
→Pull out the panels automatically, it can pull out 20 panels at one time 
→turn over the board make it horizontally for stacking

Raw material introduction:
1 Fly ash 1)Reduce the amount of cement;

2 Cement It is the basic raw material for wall panel.
3 Sand Add some sand (diameter < 3mm) improve strength of wall panel
4 Chemical additives It makes cement foaming, which reduce the amount of cement;
