High Capacity Precast Concrete Prefabricated Large-scale Battery Mold Wallboard Panel Production Line
The Large battery-mold for panels of the plant included the delivery of a new battery formwork together with a new bucket conveyor system, a semi-portal concrete distributor, as well as a complete set of magnet shuttering and recess boxes. This battery mould which will allow our clients to make panels up to 10 meters long and with a height of 4 meters. With the help of mechanical extenders, the side shutters can be located inwards thereby shortening the panel length. At the same time the mould allows for adjustment of the panel height using telescopic supports. Movement of the panels is carried out by 2 electric motors whereas 2 high-capacity hydraulic cylinders are used for the tightening of the pockets prior to the pouring of the concrete. At full
capacity the mould can cast 10 panels at the same time with a panel thickness up to 350mm.
